The certification requires candidates to demonstrate how agility adds value to an organization, why leadership in Agile teams is essential for organizational agility, and how leaders support their teams to help them achieve higher performance.Even though it is not a prerequisite to attend the Professional Agile Leadership training, it is highly recommended as it can provide the candidate with the required knowledge and skills to pass the certification. If anyone already possesses a high level of Agile leadership skill, and a solid understanding of Scrum, they may directly take the PAL assessment. The assessment ensures that the participants have a good understanding of how Scrum teams can benefit from leadership support and how to apply Agile principles to drive profitable business. After completion of the training, candidates will learn to create motivated Agile teams and to support them in delivering successful projects using the Agile product delivery approach.
