The Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) course is an interactive, activity-based program designed to teach you how to maximize product value using the Scrum framework. It equips you with practical strategies to manage product backlogs, align stakeholders, and lead Agile product development.

This training is ideal for Aspiring and Existing Product Owners, Product Managers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, Solution Architects, Scrum Team Members, and anyone transitioning into product leadership.

No formal prerequisites or previous Agile experience are required. The course is structured to take you seamlessly from foundational Agile principles to advanced product ownership concepts.

CSPO® is awarded upon active attendance and successful completion of the 2-day live interactive course led by a certified trainer. There is no additional post-course exam required by Scrum Alliance.

Your CSPO® certification includes a 2-year membership with Scrum Alliance. After 2 years, the credential can be easily renewed by submitting Scrum Education Units (SEUs).
