The certification requires candidates to demonstrate how agility adds value to an organization, why leadership in Agile teams is essential for organizational agility, and how leaders support their teams to help them achieve higher performance.Even though it is not a prerequisite to attend the Professional Agile Leadership training, it is highly recommended as it can provide the candidate with the required knowledge and skills to pass the certification.
