He has now worked as an agile developer, Scrum Master, trainer or coach at companies such as the National Bank of Kuwait, Magazine Luiza, Santander, Lufthansa Systems, Devk, Dekra, Seguros Sura, Syngenta and Heine. In 2018 he finally received the license from the Scrum Alliance to lead Scrum Foundations and Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) training courses.
