In this module, we will explore the accountabilities in a Scrum Team: Product Owner, Developers, and Scrum Master, as well as the accountabilities for the Scrum Team as a whole. We will also explore the key characteristics of a Scrum Team, which are to be cross-functional and self-managing.

In this module, we explain the concept of stakeholders within the Scrum framework. We will explore two of the three Scrum artifacts (the third is covered in the next module) and their commitments: the Product Backlog and the Product Goal, and the Increment and the Definition of Done.
