To earn the CCBA certification, You need to meet the following prerequisites:

• You must have at least 3,750 hours of business analysis work experience within the last seven years. This experience should cover business analysis planning, requirements elicitation, and solution assessment tasks.
• You must also complete at least 21 hours of professional development in the past four years. 
• You must have a minimum of 900 hours of experience in two of the six knowledge areas outlined in the BABOK Guide or at least 500 hours of experience in four of the knowledge areas. This experience does not need to be separate from the 3750 hours of business analysis experience mentioned in the first point.
