Danny (Danko) Kovatch

Biography

Based out of Israel, Danny Kovach is a seasoned IT industry professional. He was also the very first CST or Certified Scrum Trainer in Israel. He’s one of the go-to CSTs in the world and a renowned speaker for his engaging and unique approach to introducing Scrum methodologies and Agile practice to newcomers.

In 2005, Scrum was first introduced to Scrum methodology 2005, and that’s where his passion for Agile methodology ignited. Then, he immediately dived into a journey engrossed in continuous learning and hands-on experience, which made him a sought-after lecturer, according to aspiring Scrum and Agile aspirants. The increased demand for Scrum expertise led him to leave the highly glorified position of Vice President to work as a Certified Scrum Trainer and Scrum Master.

Throughout his career, Danny has implemented Scrum and, at the same time, lectured in several organizations by founding AgileSparks. Danny is helping companies through Ajimeh, where he allows businesses to expand their business consciousness via Agile tools and Scrum methodologies while practicing mindfulness, leadership, negotiation gambits, and facilitation techniques.

Danny has remained an enthusiast in Scrum for almost two decades and continues to be the driving force in the Agile community.
