Biography

Nanda Lankalapalli has dedicated more than 25 years to fostering Agile practices among teams, individuals, and organizations. He’s currently serving as a CEO and founder of PowerAgile, an Agile consulting organization based out of Hyderabad, India. Nanda’s extensive experience is in product development. Additionally, he has traversed diverse roles as a Director, Vice President, Developer, Agile Coach Architect, and Scrum Master.

Moreover, his professional journey is spread across India, the US, UAE, South Korea, Singapore, and Hong Kong. That’s how he understood how cultural nuances will play a role in understanding Agility.

Nanda, furthermore, has led several workshops for Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) as a Certified Scrum Trainer. His contribution led the Scrum Alliance to recognize Nanda for Agile leadership. In addition, Nanda is the first person in India who possesses the distinction of “Path to CSP Educator” by Scrum Alliance. This led him to hold advanced certification courses such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM) and Advanced CSM (A-CSM).

Lankalapalli has made multifaceted contributions to the global Agile community, from coaching and training to software architecture development using Agile methodologies. Keeping the coaching and training role aside, Nanda is also a certified leadership coach with ICF-ACC, where he trains executives and leaders and empowers them to become better business leaders.
