Ram Srinivasan, CST

Biography

Ram Srinivasan is an acclaimed professional who was the first and is still the only person in North America to hold both CST and Professional Scrum Trainer certifications. Srinivasan has learned individually to help people build great organizations by training them about product and process development amalgamating with Agile methodology.

In the beginning, Ram began working as a developer and then progressed to different roles over the years, ultimately mastering the essence of Agile practice as an Agile coach. The names of the organizations where Ram started his journey are Verizon, Redcats USA, Morgan Stanley, MTV Networks, Alterra Capital, Dow Jones & Company, Fareportal, InRhythm, Bank of America, Vistaprint, Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, among others.

From a conventional IT job to mentoring, coaching, and consulting teams and organizations, Ram has made a remarkable contribution to Agile. He has learned frameworks such as Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe and mastered the art of agile to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and adaptability. His years of experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to lead training sessions by facilitating workshops and offering customized training plans to instill among aspirants and professionals.
