The Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification training course is focused on the principles of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. This course is aimed at improving processes and minimising defects by following the DMAIC methodology, that is, Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control. These functionalities help professionals improve their efficiency, reduce wastage, and make better decisions that impact business operations positively.

There is no formal prerequisite for attending Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification training course. However, knowledge of business processes and project management will help you learn.

Completing the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification is optional for learning this course. However, some training providers recommend completing Yellow Belt certification, but it is usually optional.

You can take the exam anytime after you finish your Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification with Simpliaxis.

As per IASSC, the AI-powered LSSGB examination carries 100 questions. These questions assess the knowledge areas covered by the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge and understanding and application of Lean Six Sigma concepts, tools, and techniques.

The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt examination has an allotted time of three hours (180 minutes). Candidates should manage their time carefully to attempt and answer all 100 questions correctly to pass the exam on the first attempt.

Candidates who prefer the certification exam conducted by IASSC should score at least 70% (answer 70 questions correctly out of 100 questions) to pass. Therefore, candidates must prepare across the complete applicable Body of Knowledge rather than focusing only on individual DMAIC phases or statistical tools.

The IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt examination is a closed-book examination. So, candidates should avoid reliance on external reference materials during the exam and answer the questions by recalling and applying Lean Six Sigma concepts, terminology, tools, formulas, and analytical approaches.
