Step 2: Professional Development Units (PDUs):

To renew your PMP® certification, you must earn 60 PDUs (Professional Development Units)  within each 3-year cycle.

Step 3: To earn PDUs for PMP® certification :

• Through Education (minimum 35 PDUs): These are mandatory PDUs required for certification renewal. Within these 35 PDUs, you need to earn a minimum of 8 PDUs each, calculated based on ways of working, power skills, and business acumen. Once you've filled each section, distribute any remaining PDUs among the three sections.
