Biography

I am passionate about helping teams, and people grow and improve.I am a graduate of Jerry Weinberg, Esther Derby and Johanna Rothman's PSL (Problem-solving leadership) and I have worked for more than a decade in the software industry in all areas of software development, and recently in many different businesses outside of software. I have been a Product Owner, Scrum Master and a team member and have worked with different types and sizes of teams, some starting their Agile journey and some having been on that path for long. I have learned from these teams and helped them learn from me.Over the past few years, I have deepened my coaching journey and done the Virginia Satir Intensive course and a Coaching and Mentoring course base on Virginia's Methods. I love Virginia's approach to helping humans grow through her growth model. During this, I have grown not only as a coach but as a human. I love what I do, and I like to have fun while working. Outside of all of this, I enjoy reading, cooking, good wine and the occasional good whiskey. I have recently become addicted to playing Skyrim on the Xbox.
